What we do: The PPL Access program supports job seekers through resume writing, interviewing preparation, job searching support, digital literacy tools, and overall professional development. Access program participants receive individualized support, based on their unique job search and career goals.

What We Do
Career Pathways
PPL career pathway programs prepare participants with career training and job searching support. PPL offers pathways across several sectors: healthcare, building operations, human services, public sector, and more. In addition to providing technical training, each pathway engages a number of employer partners to provide participants with opportunities such as networking, job shadowing, and interview preparation.

Access Lab
Access prepares you for a variety of professional, administrative positions, building your skills and job readiness so you're ready to enter any number of career paths.
Northstar Digital Literacy certifications and the industry-recognized NRF Customer Service certification are both available to you through the Access Program.
Enrolling in the Access Program gives you access to a variety of PPL resources, including career coaching, financial coaching, and clothing suitable for job interviews.
