What We Do
Access Lab
Access prepares you for a variety of professional, administrative positions, building your skills and job readiness so you're ready to enter any number of career paths.
Northstar Digital Literacy certifications and the industry-recognized NRF Customer Service certification are both available to you through the Access Program.
Enrolling in the Access Program gives you access to a variety of PPL resources, including career coaching, financial coaching, and clothing suitable for job interviews.

Diploma Connect
Diploma Connect is a program for young adults ages, 18 - 26, who have not yet earned their high school diplomas. Located in PPL's Career Center, our dedicated staff is here to help you move forward with your career by first completing your high school diploma and then connecting you with the resources and training you need to continue into your desired career.
PPL's dedicated teachers and career counselors are here to talk with you and determine the best way to reach your goals. Starting with a personalized plan to complete your high school education, we then connect you to career training, and eventually help you attain the career you want — we're here for you from start to finish!
